Delivery Time
Product will be delivered within 4 to 6 business days after order is placed (Weekends, National Holidays, Special Holidays, New Year Holiday excluded).
※Please note that delivery of some products and locations may take additional time for delivery.
※International order delivery time will depend on cargo, customs inspection and other circumstances. Please allow additional time for international delivery.


Defected items
If the item you received is defected, please contact us through our webpage or call us within 8 days of delivery. Please note that product may not be eligible for return if exceed 8 days.
If product is damaged, the wrong size, or if there are any other problems caused by us, we will gladly pay for shipping and handling and exchange for a new item. Once we receive the returned item, we will deliver the new product. If same product is out of stock, we will refund the payment.

Specify Delivery
Specify Delivery For domestic shipping, you may specify delivery date. (Summer holidays and New Year Holidays excluded).

Delivery date cannot be specified for international shipping.
We do not provide layaway.


Refusal of item receipt or expiration of receivable period
If the ordered items is refused to receive or the period that the delivery company can store is expired, it will be cancelled and shipped back to the warehouse.

In that case, in addition to delivery and handling fee for shipping and returning, we will charge you 1,000 yen for various expenses related to packing and so on.

· Credit card transaction...We will refund you with deduction of the above fee.
· Cash on delivery settlement...I will email you about this charge later.

* Even if it was free shipping, we will charge the fee related to shipping in case of refusal of item receipt or the receivable period of the item has passed.
* Re-shipment cannot be accepted. Please order again from the site.
* If there is an error in the delivery address, it will be returned to us as address unknown.

If cancellation due to customer's convenience continues, we will take measures to limit payment method. Please receive your ordered item within the period.

Return Policy
Please check if the item you received is the item you purchased.
Unopened items are eligible for return or exchange within 8 days of delivery.
If you would like to request a return or an exchange, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. You must ship the item back to us within 8 days of delivery. If exceed 8 days, you may not be eligible for return or exchange.
You will be eligible for exchange on internationally shipped item only if item is defected, the size is wrong, or due to other problems caused by us. If item defect is caused during shipping, please contact EMS for insurance coverage (paid by customer). First, please fill out the contact form on our website to report any defects or problems. We may not be able to process returns or exchanges if no prior contact had been made.


Return Delivery Fee
Customer must pay shipping fee for returns.
※If items you received had free shipping, return shipping fee will be the amount for the original shipping fee.
※Transaction fee to refund payment to customer’s bank account will be paid by customer.


Cancellation
We do not accept any cancellation after shipment.
